SHRED Media (previously known as Art Laundry) was founded in 2021 during the lockdown, when a small, multifaceted team of filmmakers, graphic designers, and animators set out to create a space where indie artists could share their work online.

Over time, SHRED evolved into a platform dedicated to the curation, promotion, and critical exploration of outsider art, always approached with curiosity. SHRED offers refuge to what is irreverent, eclectic, disruptive, and strange; standing as a singular space within the swamp of contemporary digital culture and echoing the early 2000s era of online discovery.
